“I’ve always been captivated by art of all kinds, particularly ancient artifacts. Museums held a profound influence on me, both as a child and an adult. The Royal Ontario Museum in Toronto, Canada, remains a cherished place that instills a sense of grounding and belonging within me. Nature has always been deeply ingrained in me as well; drawing field flowers in the Caledon Hills as a child evokes fond memories. It’s never known what one will become as a child, but for me, my destiny was clear: I would become an artist”.
