Kim Colthurst is a Fiber Artist and Painter based in Florida.

Kim Colthurst is a Canadian/American artist who has been drawing and creating art since she was a little girl. Fast forward to today, Kim has been involved in the art world for over 40 years, developing a rich and varied body of work. She earned her formal education at George Brown University in Toronto, where she completed a degree in Graphic Design. This was followed by further studies in Illustration at Kendall College of Art & Design in Grand Rapids, Michigan, broadening her skills and artistic perspective. Her creative work is deeply inspired by the natural world, thoughtfully infused with the stylistic influences of early modern art and design movements. Over the course of her career, her artwork has been prominently showcased in various design magazines, featured on television programs, and exhibited in gallery shows, reflecting a broad recognition of her talent and vision.
